The Colorado Men of Color Collaborative (CMOCC) is a nonprofit 501c3 public charity that works for the unity of community by bringing awareness to the challenges and structures that impact minority men disproportionately. The organization seeks to promote brotherhood through community building, corporate partnerships, networking, mentoring and service learning projects. Our goal is to strategically support the development of men by increasing social mobility, social emotional well-being, and career advancement. CMOCC also aims to increase quality access to mental health supports, career exploration, and professional learning to enhance their quality of life.
Our three focus areas allow us to reach into our community and offer resources, mentorship, and safe spaces for conversations and growth. These critical containers promote positive community change through strategic collaboration with organizations that understand the challenges that men of color face in society, particularly in underserved areas.
