Through community-centered programming, mentorship, leadership development, and strategic partnerships, CMOCC works to improve the social, emotional, economic, and educational outcomes of men of color—from youth to adulthood.

We've Got Exciting News
We have received our letter from the IRS:
“We’re pleased to tell you,” it read, “we determined you’re exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to you under IRC section 170. You’re also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.”
The Colorado Men of Color Collaborative is now officially a non-profit. Not only are we now tax-exempt, but your support of the CMOCC Movement is also now valid as a charitable tax deduction.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to have finally achieved our 501(c)(3) with a 509(a)(2) status!

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King's commitment to equity, justice, and service continues in Colorado as we continue to host the largest marade in the country. It was a real privilege to spend the #MLKMarade holiday weekend in Denver with our amazing group of men across the front range. Thanks to all the CMOCC men who bring our commitment to life during the MLK holiday and year-round. The holiday is over, but the work continues, and it begins with you and me.
